Goose Ingredients:
Whole goose, salt, pepper, apples, onions, mugwort, and selected spices.
Preparation Instructions:
Dumplings (25 min preparation time):

Start boiling water for dumplings before roasting goose

Cook in rapidly boiling salted water (500ml per dumpling) for 10 minutes

Simmer for 15 minutes (can remain in water 10-15 minutes longer)
Side Dishes (25 min preparation time):

Heat red cabbage, kale and gravy in pot or microwave (stir occasionally)

Alternative: warm in original packaging using water bath (35 min)
Roast Goose (35 min preparation time):

Place goose breast-side up on baking tray with 1 tbsp water

Roast at 160°C (convection) for 10 minutes

Increase temperature to 230°C for 25 minutes until crispy

Check doneness, extend cooking time if needed
