Whole Polish-Style Roast Goose (no sides)
For 4-5 people | Fresh weight: approx. 5000g (delivered weight: 2.5kg)

Ready in just 35 minutes - hot and crispy from your oven

Ingredients: Whole goose, salt, pepper, apples, onions, mugwort, selected spices

Preparation Instructions:

Potato Dumplings (25 min):

  • Start boiling water first (500ml per dumpling)

  • Boil dumplings for 10 min, then simmer for 15 min

  • Can remain in water 10-15 min longer

Side Dishes (25 min):

  • Heat red cabbage, kale and gravy in pan or microwave

  • Stir occasionally to prevent sticking

  • Alternative: warm in packaging using water bath (35 min)

Roast Goose (35 min):

  1. Place goose breast-side up on tray with 1 tbsp water

  2. Roast at 160°C (convection) for 10 min

  3. Increase to 230°C for 25 min until crispy

  4. Check crispiness, extend time if needed
