Ready in 35 minutes - Crispy from your oven

Ingredients: Whole duck, salt, pepper, apples, onions, selected spices

Please order all side dishes and sauce separately

Preparation:

  1. Place duck breast-up on tray with 1 tbsp water

  2. Roast at 160°C for 10 minutes

  3. Increase to 230°C for 25 minutes until crispy

  4. Check skin crispiness, extend time if needed

(For optimal results, pat dry before roasting)
