Goose Breast Quarter (1/4 Goose) - approx. 650g - To Go

Ready in 35 minutes - hot and crispy from your oven

Ingredients: Goose meat, salt, pepper, apples, onions, mugwort, selected spices
Please order all side dishes and gravy separately

Preparation:

  1. Dumplings (25 min):

    • Boil in salted water (500ml per dumpling) for 10 min

    • Simmer for 15 min (can keep in water 10-15 min longer)

  2. Side Dishes (25 min):

    • Heat red cabbage, kale and gravy in pot/microwave

    • Stir occasionally

  3. Goose Breast (35 min):

    • Place skin-side up on tray with 1 tbsp water

    • Roast at 160°C (10 min) then 230°C (25 min)

    • Check crispiness

Note: This portion includes one breast quarter with crispy skin
