Goose meat, salt, pepper, apples, onions, mugwort, selected spices

Ready in 35 minutes - hot and crispy from your oven
Preparation Instructions:

Dumplings (25 min):

Boil in salted water (500ml per dumpling) for 10 min

Simmer for 15 min (can keep in water 10-15 min longer)

Heat red cabbage, kale and gravy in pot/microwave

Stir occasionally to prevent sticking

Goose (35 min):

Place skin-side up on tray with 1 tbsp water

Roast at 160°C (10 min) then 230°C (25 min)
